Spent grain cinnamon raisin bread. This time I used brewers yeast. It was a blend of dry US 05, washed US 05, and washed Notti (small amounts of each). The brewers yeast takes a lot longer to rise, but the outcome was worth it. The flavor is amazing, and the texture is much softer. I'll never use bakers yeast again!

I need to try out the pizza idea. Normally I discard my spent grains at my buddies house under an apple tree for the deer and turkeys. Besides spend grain pizza sounds better than deer or turkey pizza.

I bake mine at 325F for about 40 minutes, but with that said... moist is usually what I'm shooting for. When you say moist, do you mean "moist and soft" or "moist - like not fully cooked"?

Looks delicious! I'm all out of spent grain! I'm brewing a pumpkin ale soon, and I'm planning on making some pumpkin bread with the spent grain..
