I used a Real Ale 15th Anniversary Russian Imperial Stout to make this chocolate beer bread...

It was amazing!

One 12 oz bottle of your favorite beer, 3 cups of self rising flour. 1/4 cup of brown sugar. Mix it up, put it in a bread pan, let it rise for 15 minutes, then bake for 40-50 minutes at 375.

Add chocolate or cheese or whatnot depending on the beer.

Anyone else give this a shot? It sounds amazing! Might have to be on the list for next party/beer event.

I'd highly recommend this recipe... I made a Ranger loaf the other day with herbs and cheese and it was magical.
