Every once in a while with brunch (yeah I eat brunch, wanna fight about it?) I'll enjoy a Blonde ale. Nothing says I've got nothing to do today like a big stack of pancakes and a Shiner Blonde.

Anyone else have a brew with breakfast? What is it and what are you enjoying with it?

A place here in town has amazing breakfast tacos and I enjoy a Shiner Bock on occasion at 9AM with my tacos.

Try a leffe blonde or a Texas Southern Star Bombshell Blonde in place of water for pancake mix! Then make a strawberry reduction of fruli strawberry ale for syrup.
