I have a tube of the sweet mustard! I had a bit on my bratwurst last night! If your mustard doesn't come in a toothpaste tube, it's not real mustard!!

We're lucky enough (hardly ever say that around here) to have a German restaurant that has it's own butcher shop...
http://hullersonline.com/butcher/
Doesn't get much better than bratwurst and weisswurst on half-price stein night

I can't have a burger without a beer. The smell of charcoal demands a drink. I like a Corona with a burger, but any of my favorits will do.

Done burgers and beers many times. Whether it's at a deck night on a grill or at a restaurant. (I love Red Robin, would rent a room there if I could, but I'm BEGGING them to get more tap options. When more than half the options are from the big 3, you're lucky to find a seasonal and it's usually from Blue Moon or Sam Adams.) A fantastic combination!

When I was at Red Robin, trying to choke down that awful Oktoberfest milkshake concoction, I figured, to keep in a theme, I should try their Oktoberfest burger. The milkshake may have missed the mark, but not that darn burger. That was a tasty treat, let me tell you! A delicious burger that features Swiss cheese, beer mustard, onions, and black forest ham on a toasted pretzel bun.
I didn't try those pretzels, but they look good. (In hindsight, I should have ordered them and drank a beer, skipping on that crapshake entirely.)

A burger place by us called The Counter did a slider pairing with a flight of beer from a local brewery, No Label, and I loved every morsel of it.
