Default Hardest beer to keep in your cellar

Just want to ask "What's the hardest beer to keep in your cellar?" Mine is a bottle of Black Tuesday my SWMBO and I decided we'd drink when she get's her masters degree. That'll be sometime after the new year but it stares at me every time I walk into my cellar.

What's yours?

Definitely not a whale, but probably my Bruery/Cigar City Marron Acidifie, because I only have one, it is one of my favorite sours, and it was a one time run. Also some 2008 Bourbon Co Stout. Was a great year, and becoming harder to find.

My Westvleteren 12 was supposed to be opened on 4-5 different occasions now. Finally opened it with Skeezer and his crew on Darkness Day weekend.

A Home brewed Wee-Heavy based on BYO magazines Paul Zocco's recipe.

When Greg Noonan (author of "Scotch Ales" considered by many as the premier book on the Style), passed away it was republished in Yankee BrewNews in his honor.

So I brewed it up.

That was 3yrs ago when I bottled a batch and now I only have 12 left. I'm alot more strict when it comes to opening one now...aging these are just wicked good.

Sounds like it's time to make another batch!

I wish I had a homebrew that I could keep in the stash. Closest I had was a chocolate brown that was amazing. Between me and my neighbors we drank it within a couple of weeks of being ready.

While not impressive, I have a hell of a time aging the couple DFH 120 minutes I have.

Odell Woodcut No. 4. I recently ran across 5 and 6, but I couldn't justify spending the $50 + for 2 bottles.
