I was re-organizing my cellars so figured I would take some pics. The last 2 are my Funk/Sour fermenting closet and my stash of High Gravity (9.5%+) homebrews. Planning to make a suitcase sized addition to this next week.

Got myself a collection is over 3600 bottles now .. drank some but the collection is all full .. happy collecting!

Is anyone using cellarhq.com to keep track of your beer collection? I started using it a few weeks ago and it's a nice simple interface. It's basically an online database but I like it a lot better than keeping track of an excel spreadsheet.
