In my honest opinion, it's the best beer in the world. Although, I've not yet tried all of them

Ain't it a bitch trying to find the best?

Actually we're all guilty of saying things are the "best". Kinda like "best" band, best song etc.
Perceptions and opinions change over time.

Suffice it to say , yes Duval is an awesome liquid...on the same level as Tremens? I'll default to my previous post.

Tremens is amazing, for sure, however I like Duvel just a little more.

Mmmmm white frothy goodness of love. I remember my first. Brought over from the point of production by a research associate of mine. Man I owe him for that!

Looking for something similar to Duvel for weekend. What would you recommend?

Good reviews from beer sites. I wonder how it tastes like! I've heard they have this annual limited edition product/s.

Oh my. Duvel is amazing. I like the Delerium ales too (nocturnum, tremens, and the noel I've tried) but, for me, there's no comparison. The original Duvel is just so balanced. Tremens usually has an alcohol bite to it that you don't find in Duvel regardless of aging.

One thing to watch out for is lightstruck Duvel. It used to come in clear bottles (750ml) and even the brown 750's and 12oz's have been travelling for a while, so a good retailer is key. Delerium is almost always in good shape thanks to the clay bottle.

Oh, man it's 9:30 in the morning and I'm thirsty already.... Have a good one all!
