I own a couple of them and they are without a doubt the best glass I have used for beer evaluation.

I have met the owner of the company. He is very interested in working with brewers and homebrewers. The glass can be had etched.

I just visited Four Roses Distillery in Kentucky, and found a logo glass that looked etched at first, but when the glass was chilled, the "etching" went from translucent to red.

As a science geek, and a lover of chilled beers, this has been intriguing me.
A heat-sensitive design might cost a little extra, but I would be interested in one.
(I would also be interested in a regular glass)
