Default Sierra Nevada Tumbler

I saw this fine nut brown ale as I was reaching for a pk of Blue Moon Pumpkin. It has a nice malty profile to the nose and good mix of dryness and sweetness to the taste. I like this one a lil bit better than the Leine's Fireside.

Tis the season for Tumbler...always look forward to it's late summer release. Had some on tap yesterday.

Some of Sierra Nevada's best brews are brown ales. Tumbler is the only one they actually bottle. Their standard Brown is insanely good, but their Imperial Brown (I've only seen it once) was mind blowing.

Short story... they know Brown Ales. Tumbler is damn good stuff.

Oh yeah!!! Thanks for the reminder.... Tumbler is right up there with 1554 for cold weather drinking sessions.
