Default 1554

I really enjoy the malty flavor of the NB 1554 Enlightened Black Ale. I think I need to try and brew something like it!

I to like the 1554. I prefer it on tap (who doesn't) but I'll take it in bottles.

I liked it... Very drinkable for a dark beer.

I've been throwing around recipe ideas for something similar from some info I've found online. I only drank one and saved the rest of the 6 pack for my saison brew day tomorrow. Once I start the boil I'll have a few with a stogie!

1554 was my first black ale and I really enjoyed it. Expected something so different. Glad I gave it a try.

That sounds like a perfect evening!

I still haven't gotten around to brewing something similar, yet. I hope to soon! I have such a long list of things I want to brew! I need to get a pumpkin ale in the works soon, as well!
