Both look great. The only black lager I've tried was the Magic Hat Howl/Black as night one. It was overly sweet. How do the Shiner and Sam Adams pan out in regards to sweetness?

Sanuel Adams full flavor little sweetness. Shiner lack some flavor still worth to try.

I prefer Shiner, but being as they are not to far down the road I may be biased

I prefer the Sam Adam's....I find Shiner beers to be lacking in flavor.
