Default Favorite Japanese Craft Beer

I'd have to say that I am huge fan of Baird Brewery Beers out of Numazu. Not off the wall crazy beers, but very good flavor with a solid balance through the front, middle and back....
Shiga Kogen is another favorite of mine out of Nagano...

Baird Beers will be at the Holy Grale here in Louisville, KY next Tuesday. Looking forward to sampling the brews and talking with him.

It's not very craft... But I used to spend a lot of time at the Orion Brewery in Nago, Okinawa.

I'm a big fan of the Hitachino Nest beers that I have had. They a quite expensive here so I rarely buy them but I bet they are much cheaper there.

Have just finished a 2 Brothers Foo Kung rice lager.
Usually not a fan of lagers - often find them too thin & watery.
Liked this beer tho. Crisp & clean. Would like to try with a feed of Japanese or even a spicy curry.
