The Porterhouse (two of their three locations are in the heart of Dublin.)

Messrs Maguire

Both were good. There staffs were very helpful when discussing their brews.

Wish I could be of more help, but check out this blog. It's a member here who's from Dublin, GenuineBeerBlog. He reviews some solid beers. I'm sure if you sent him a PM, he'd be glad to point you in the right direction.
