Default Any liquor/beer store sell singles?

Hi all,

Curious if there are any shops/stores in the Omaha area that sells singles? There is a store in Des Moines that I like that has a ginormous selection of beer and you can buy singles. Anything like that? Thanks!

There is a HyVee on the west side that has a ridiculous selection, cant remember about singles. They have anything available in NE though. Last time i went through i got some Lolita (Goose Island( and some Neb Brewing reserve stuff. I lived in Lincoln for 3-3.5 years, and thats the best place i ever saw around there. 800+ beers i think; which is insane for a big box grocery store. The workers know their beers also.

Yep, HyVee is where it's at in Omaha. Same thing with Sioux Falls. Strange, but they have a solid selection. I actually think they do have singles of a lot of beers, and mix and match sixers.

Not in Minneapolis, but I'm from South Dakota and have a lot of family down in Sioux Falls. They get it in bars there I think.

Thanks for the info guys. Will have to check it out this weekend. Our Hy-Vees typically have a decent selection, too. Pretty limited on the singles, but that's not a deal-killer.

wp - they sell beer in liquor stores here and in SD as well.

cdub - I'm from Lennox, so very familiar with Soo Foo.

I can't believe this is all you got on your post here....

#1 place for singles in Omaha is Beertopia, and while you're there grab some food next door over at the Cresent Moon which has amazing food and equal in the beers. Alao, make sure to grab a beer downstairs at huberhuas german beer bar. Also, it's very note worthy to consider hyvee in council bluffs, which is just across the river of course. Iowa actually gets WAY better distribution than Neb. Let me know if you're in Lincoln, we have a few more stops worth your while...
