Hello, Just signed up here. I'm from Sacramento, CA! I recently visited a local brewery, Sierra Nevada in Chico, CA and learned all the different types and styles of beer. It was great! I signed up looking for different snacks for different types of beer and include some of my own input as well. I have never home brewed but may consider it one day in the future. As of right now, interested if different beers types and styles.

Welcome aboard. I recommend heading over to Russian River in Santa Rosa and Lagunitas in Petaluma for another couple brewery visits/tours. I took 2 Non craft drinkers there over a year ago and they have been craft beer drinkers ever since.

Make sure you indulge in a lot of Pliny the Elder at Russian River (or get some at a store). It is regarded as one of, if not the best double IPA in the world.

Thanks everyone, I've been on the forum looking around but haven't posted TOO much yet. I'm now considering home brew a little more. More as in actually looking into it and thinking about what different flavors I could create (at least try to create).
