If anyone wants a sneak peak of what heaven looks like check this out. http://www.bbqaddicts.com/blog/recipes/bacon-explosion/.

I and some friends have done lots of variations, including stuffing with cream cheese and japs, using part chorizo or maple sausage or sage sausage, stuffing with apples and PB, etc. Cant go wrong with any of them. Surprisingly is isnt that greasy (use a drip pan though). It makes a heck if a breakfast sandwich in the am also.

I don't think I've ever been let down by bacon or sausage. If I ever do I will mark it on my calendar and take that day off every year in memory of it.

What ever just happened to blueberry topped cheese cake? Keep it simple and, ahem, somewhat healthy......ish.
